I can't remember my PirateNet password. How do I reset it?

Follow the following instructions if you cannot remember your PirateNet ID password:

1. Go to PirateNet.

2. Click on “Need help signing in?” and then “Forgot password?”

3. Enter your Seton Hall University email address or username (example: first.last@shu.edu)

4. Choose Reset via SMS or Reset via Email

If this does not work, contact Technology Services at (973) 275-2222 or via email at servicedesk@shu.edu.
