I have a new phone. How do I update DUO: Two Factor Authentication?

To add a new device to DUO: Two Factor Authentication with the same phone number, follow the following steps:

  1. Go to PirateNet.
  2. Enter your SHU ID and password.
  3. When it prompts you for DUO, select phone call. Answer the call and push any key on your phone to authenticate.
  4. Search for DUO 2FA in the search bar and click on it.
  5. Repeat step #3 by selecting "call."
  6. Click on “Add another device” and go through the prompts.

  1. Install Duo Mobile on the new phone and scan the barcode you get from step 6 to activate.
  2. Delete the old phone by clicking on the trash can.
