I just tried re-creating your search using the term 'diabetes' in our Ebsco Discovery Services and emailed the first article that was in full text to my email account. When I opened the email I clicked on the permalink and it brought me to a page where I was able to access the fulll text pdf.
I did this from home and was full authenticated after entering my search term into Ebscousing my piratenet username and id.
Can you send me your exact search or the title of the article you would like and I will make sure you get it.
