Seton Hall University does not subscribe to the Web of Knowledge.  Rutgers campus libraries provides onsite access to the database and is open to the public.  In NYC, NY Public Library, Barch, Columbia, and Brooklyn Law also have the database but may limit access.

What kind of searching are you doing?  Citations to authors, journal rank, or subject searching?  We may be able to advise you further based on your response.
