I do not have the program to open it, I was wondering if there is anyway you may possibly be able to save the ebook as a PDF and email to me? I would be eternally grateful.

You do not need a special program to open our ebooks. Our book license, in addition to copyright law, does not allow us to save a book as PDF and email it. Please give us a call, so that we can trouble-shoot and get you the book you need.
