You are asking a complex question. You have listed an ERIC document number and called it a dissertation. In fact there is a dissertation that happens to have that number

There are several ways to access the document. First go to the library home page and click on the Database tab at the top of the search box. Choose the Database A-Z list and click on the letter E so that you can go to the ERIC database.

Choose the ERIC.gov   or the ERIC(Proquest) link and search by using the EDnumber, which will  lead you to the dissertation. There is a direct link to the full text at the bottome of the page or under the article, depending on which database you choose.

If that does not work,  go to our dissertation and theses database and search that database using the title of the dissertation to access it. The full text will appear.
