When was the film produced? When you know that, then you can go to several databases and restrict your results to that year or to years following. It would also help to know the director and/or the producer of the film.

I would suggest a couple of things. Fist, go to the library home page. Select the  New York times (listed among the databases and also in the ejournals list) for excellent film reviews (click on advanced search to restrict your results to the film and the date produced). If you cannot find a film review there, then try the News section of the Lexis Nexis database. You may also click on the databases link on the library home page and select Interdisciplinary from the drop-down subject menu. Academic Search Complete, project muse, and JStor are also good places to look for film or movie reviews.
