An update:  go to the Google Scholar preferences tab (top right of advanced scholar search page, or try this link) and see if this box under "library links" is checked:  Seton Hall University Libraries - Full-Text via LinkSource

If it is not checked, type "Seton Hall" in the box next to "find library" and it should appear as an option to check.  then "save preferences" (top right of page).  Once that is saved, you should be able to link to articles off-campus.  You will be prompted for your PirateNet ID and password.  Sometimes it does not link directly and you will need to go to the actual journal or database where the article is located.

For folks at other colleges:  if your library participates in the GoogleScholar links program, you can choose your own college library in the same way.
