To determine whether Seton Hall has the article you are seeking, go to the library homepage - articles and journals on the left side of the page - ejournals (in the middle column).  Enter the name of the journal.  If the journal is not available at all or for the year you need, then proceed to print and microforms from the ejournals page.  If the library does not have the issue you seek in any format, submit an interlibrary loan - photocopy form.
