First, are you going to JSTOR through the library database tab?

Second, are you sure you are using the correct login (Username is just  your 8 letter short name in lower case letters do not include @shu .. and password) and if so, does that that work in other places (e.g. accessing email)?  If you login doesn't work elsewhere, I will need to redirect your question to IT.

Third, if you are going through the library database link and your username and password are correct, at what point won't JSTOR let you in?  i.e. you can't get into the database at all, or does it just not let you get fulltext of an article? If that is the case, what is the article you can't get - it may be that we don't subscribe to the journal concerned.  In the case where we do not have access, you may be able to request the article via interlibrary loan.
